“I didn’t become a chef because of some romantic calling. I was originally headed toward a technical career, and cooking found me almost by accident.
I grew up in the Beskydy Mountains but found my home in South Moravia. We work with local ingredients not because it’s fashionable, but because it simply makes the most sense. South Moravia is incredibly rich in produce—from seasonal vegetables and wild herbs to freshwater fish and game.
Our philosophy is built on honest craftsmanship and clean, authentic flavours. No unnecessary tricks. Just genuine respect for the region, its ingredients, and the people who make them possible.”
